  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 whole cinnamon stick
  • 1 tbsp ghee butter
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper⁠ 
  • 1 tbsp of honey

coconut-turmeric Golden Milk⁠ (vegan)

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk⁠
  • 1 1/2 cups of almond milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground turmeric⁠ 
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 whole cinnamon stick 
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil⁠ 
  • 1 pinch black pepper⁠ 
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
